Thanks Jackie, I've been wrapping her in a blanket, started back at giving her the paste. Rub it on her teeth and around her mouth.When I’ve given it to my cats, I put it on my finger and then slid it in the side of their mouth. I put a silicon cot (food grade) on my finger first to protect from their teeth. That was the only way I could get it in them, but it would have been a lot easier if they would have eaten it in food! Maybe try some really strong tuna juice if she likes it. Good luck!
I have the same brand but it's in a tube? I squirted some in a dish, put the powder on it, then add more of the treat on top. She licked it up yesterday.Would she eat it disguised in this?
I give these to Temp. Basically just puréed canned chicken and a bit of tapioca starch and guar gum for emulsification. I ran the numbers and they are less than 1% carbs.

eta: he’s SO picky and won’t eat much and inhales the bisque as his +10 meal. You can find it at the grocery store as singles.
What I've been using for Ti-Mousse is Catit Creamy... I KNOW it's not ideal for diabetes cats but he took his medecine with it all the time (powder or drops). When giving just a little, it should not affect her BG a lot. If you go that way:
- prepare the plate with the meds in it (Catit, meds, little top coat of Catit) so it will be ready;
- put a bit of Catit on your finger so she'll try it (BTW there's a lot of flavors);
- then present her the plate already prepared with the meds, hopefully she'll take it; it can take a few minutes before she wants to try it;
- finally put again a bit of Catit on your finger so she'll stay with the good taste (no meds);
It worked for my Ti-Mouse most of the times until the end... (for him, it was his little desert...).
Hope it works; sometimes we have to chose between diabetes or meds...![]()
