Indeed, although we have a major winter storm happening right now in, so he won’t be able to go outside… I’m not gonna be able to test for a couple hours but I’m curious if that’ll bump them up into the low blues…test out my theory that he’s happier when he goes outside and therefore has lower numbers. So close and so green!![]()
Fantastic to hear. Go herm!ECID. It could be these numbers are what he needs. As you said, he's happier at these numbers instead of a bit lower. There's no such thing as "too flat" - that's a perfect Lantus curve... flat! He is doing so great now!!![]()
Absolutely! Yesterday he jumped up on to the kitchen counter from the ground for the first time since neuropathy set in! He was so pleased with himself. Two weeks ago he managed to jump on to a kitchen table and that was a big deal so he has further improved his neuropathy since then. Feels like yesterday he couldn't jump to the coffee table without a stool and needed to take a break every 15' when walking. Neuropathy was truly heartbreaking so that improvement has been incredibly rewarding - for both of us.This seems so encouraging! All this time in the green has to be doing something!
