11/27 Eddie AMPS 77 AM+20 min 88 +3.5 191 PMPS 445 +3 374 +8 274

Hi Jodey, I haven't kept up. Are you following SLGS now? Looks like he has earned a reduction this morning.
Hi Bhooma,
yes, we've gone to SLGS for the time being (work schedule issues) but I've been able to get some tests in between (so quasi-TR, I guess). Anyway, I stalled for 20 mins and then took the shot. I'm home with him all day today so can monitor and take the reduction tonight. Does that sound reasonable?

Eddie's had SRT and it's anyone's guess when Eddie will respond, except that his numbers tell an interesting story following the SRT, which is now a month ago.

As Bhooma said, you should have reduced this morning. With SLGS, don't shoot if below 90. He was coming up, thankfully. It's good you can monitor a bit closer today.

Glad he gave you a clue as to how low the old dose was taking him.

Eddie is cruising along in his inimitable Black Cat Way. At AM +3.5 191 up from AMPS (77) and AM+20 (88). He looks and sounds good and he's checking off the 5Ps in good order. It's days like this that feel encouraging. Blue, too, is cruising along at AM+3.5 122.

I feel like I can breathe today.

I'm glad Eddie is feeling good today.:) That's equally as important as his numbers.
so quasi-TR, I guess)
SLGS does not prevent you from getting extra tests. In fact, we encourage more than the minimum to keep a cat safe. Especially in complicated cases like a cat post SRT. The main differences between the two dosing methods for you is the reduction points, how long you hold doses when increasing, and nadir goals.

PM+8 274, at least this is a slow descent from red (PMPS) to magenta (PM +3.5) to yellow (PM +8). Fed snack and we'll see what AMPS brings.
