Marley has been itching for some time. For the 5 years he's ben with me, we have kept fleas at bay with a herbal product called Billy no mates. I am not sure if he has fleas. I haven't seen any. He started to real itch once he started to regulate. Basically since I;ve been on here. He also lost - I wont say weight as I dont frequently weigh him, but he seemed to loose a thickness of skin - at first I thought this was a bad sign, but I then started to think it was part of hs healing, as it coincided with much better BG results and healthier shinier fur and better well being. But just recently hes gone really itchy and now has some scabs. I have no idea what it is - if its autoimmune, or ringworm or flea allergy. But I have also wondered if its a form of healing. He has had what I think was a scabby - what I think was autoimmune thing before. He was offered steroids and antibiotics by the vet (without a clear diagnosis) which I declined an o I tried him on CBD for a while and it cleared up) I know that humans as they heal from deep picture disease can go through all manner of symptomatic phases where dis-ease was pushed into the cells, and kind of shut off there, while the body health with more serious things. As they heal, these things come to the surface and need to be dealt with (not suppressed by a toxic pharmaceutical).......this is a foundational principle of natural medicine.
I just wondered if you had noticed a pattern - as you will have seen many cats heal - if this sort of thing occurs as they are getting better - they go through various detoxes?
