Yesterday

Seems the 8.5 units dose last night already gave us a better AMPS.
Also used a new pen this morning just in case. If it doesn't change anything then I'll go back to the vial we had started.

Hopefully, all our troublesome kitties give us a nice break today!

Amen to that! Hope we all have a smooth, hassle-free day. But we’ll see if our masters oblige…lol

I had major doubts about the vial I had been using since mid-Aug b/c I left it out for a few hours a couple of times, even in the sun. And it was going to expire at the end of Oct, so I had doubts there too. But everyone on here kept saying it’s fine, especially since he did get greens with it a few times. Then after awhile I knew it was working because he earned some reductions with it. But I doubted it for a couple weeks straight. Lol
Hope you see some good numbers today!

ETA I did replace it after it expired.

Called the vet clinic and they don't have the results yet.

Definitely been there at the end of a pen. And heading in that direction again, but just telling myself it’s very unlikely!!

Vet called me back, they called MSU to check on Chewie's test.
MSU said they received the sample on 11/2 and since their turnaround is 4 to 9 business days starting day after receipt, they are only on day 4 now, so the vet will check again if we don't have results by next Wednesday.
Sooooo long.

How frustrating! You did all you could to speed it along and they are just going at a snail’s pace.

They run the test on Wednesday's, ie. today. They should have results by the weekend, maybe even Friday, or as late as Monday. Not sure if you guys have a holiday for November 11th.

I did that a few times too, I even threw away a vial (almost empty and it was my firts, I made a lot of mistakes then, like leaving it out all night!). The only one that was rally not working was one that froze when I received it in February.
Good to see her back in blue!
