Funny how she is so much more active and "herself" in the 100s. Not hyper like in the 300s, not lethargic like in the greens. Her body is adapting! Makes me so happy.

The changes in behaviors as they adapt really is incredible. At first Herman hid in greens so that was very scary.

Same for Chewie - yesterday she hid in her carrier all day and wouldn't even come for her tuna treat, which normally gets her up every time. She felt like a ragdoll, it was a bit unnerving.
Does Herman feel better/act more like himself in greens now?

Yes! He is happy in green - it is his normal now. If he is too low he will either hide or show extreme aggression. And if he is experiencing a sudden drop or steep rise he will show similar behavior as being too low just not as extreme. That said he has been 100% normal at 43 (yikes) but then shown extreme aggression and hunger at 53 so it is not an exact science by any means.

It's so strange! I wonder if the meter variance comes into play here too, and that 43 could have been higher and 53 lower? Extreme aggression does NOT sound fun when you have to poke a cat repeatedly and convince them to eat :blackeye:
