Silvester's sugar levels have been raising for past 4 days up to 360, his levels were well regulated before. I started cleaning his gums with 0.12% chlorhexidine gluconate wipes daily, and have been doing before 4 day mark. Clindamycin is the only other treatment that I started administering 4 days ago, but I stopped for now. Could any of the two be the cause?

Without a current spreadsheet, we're totally in the dark about what might be going on. Neither of those should cause his BG to go higher unless either one contains some type of sugar in the "inactive ingredients".

Why the new routine? If it's because of dental disease, the only "cure" for that is to get a good dental cleaning done. Dental disease can cause the BG to go high.

Silvester had dental cleaning done two months ago. Gingivitis.

Did they do x-rays and/or do a follow up exam?

Check the ingredients in the wipes. A lot of things have some kind of sugar in the "inactive" ingredients. Is the Clindamycin liquid?
Follow up exam was done, after which clindamycin was prescribed, it is solid pill. Wipes' only ingredient is 0.12% chlorhexidine gluconate.

If you are giving the clindamycin for the gingivitis or an infection following his dental (seems really late after the dental cleaning for that), you should not stop giving it. Do make sure to follow up the pill with some food to make sure it's not on an empty stomach and doesn't stay stuck in his esophagus (that's a common risk with pills).

Has he had any allergic reactions to antibiotics before? The BG could be in response to the gingivitis and not the treatment.

I stopped clindmycin because he is not eating much.
I forgot to mention, Silvester was given a shot of depo-medrol 5 days ago when we visited the vet.
No allergic reactions.

I can't really comment without current data.

Depo-medrol is a steroid. One of the effects of a steroid is to cause a rise in blood glucose levels. You're vet should have indicated that this can happen.
