We call it Sauce.... Gravy belongs on meat;). Tomatoes are made into a delicious Sauce. Let me know if you want to swap sauce recipes:bighug:

My parents are both from a small town outside Agrigento, it's beautiful. Have you ever been to Sicily?

I'm ready! I got a good night's sleep. HC can is on the counter. Extra strips at the ready! And if the office calls when I'm dealing with her, I've got the perfect excuse for not answering when called....female issues. Boss is of an older generation. Just the mention of female issues makes him very uncomfortable :joyful:.

I've been to Italy but not to Sicily. It's on my long list of places to visit. Just don't have the courage to plan a long trip leaving B&B. Before Bandit's DX, we used to travel a lot.

We speak the dialect still. It sounds so awful compared to how melodious Italian is spoken. We should all go! It'd be an FDMB Sicily trip. Bhooma can meet us there. :bighug:
