Not sure if dosing amount is okay. Opinions needed please.

I am currently ready to give my boy his insulin injections I have increased his amount from 2u to 2.25. However today he's lower than normal post meal. As seen on my spreadsheet he is normally trending on the high 300s. Once it was in the high 200s yet, I was only dosing 2u at that time.
My question is, will it be safe to continue the 2.25u or should I drop back to 2u. He has been low today.
Maybe I'm just scared, but better safe than sorry.
