good morning to all angels.
Phoebe seems to be coming/staying down in a good range.
I skipped last night dose and rechecked her 3.5 hours later. still good number
her numbers were near normal today. still gave the insulin.
The way she drops with the .1 unit in the am --makes me cautious to give it at night when I am asleep at the time she may tank.
Any thoughts?

She’s coming down but normal is mostly 50-80 with an occasional bg between 100-120. You are so close to being diet controlled but for a strong remission her bg is too high and insulin is needed. I’m glad you did shoot.

you are doing great, it takes a lot of guts to shoot green. Shoot low to stay low they say! She is not near any dangerous numbers but I completely understand your apprehension. When you suddenly start seeing those greens all over it is quite a shock and takes some time to get used to it. But it is amazing! Those greens help her pancreas so much! And if she can truly go into remission so quickly, after not even 90 days on insulin -- that is so awesome.

I am so happy to see those greens!!! Doing my happy dance for Phoebe right now :)

Thanks so much for the reassurance. It is daunting. I gave her insulin I am monitoring today a little closer. She seems ok so far.
