Best cheapest way for Lantus & best cheap food for gastro

I haven't gotten my Lantus from the pharmacy before. I was wondering if anyone knew the trick to getting it really cheap. All I see is $300 per 10mL bottle or cover $100 per 3mL pen!!

Also, looking for good food for my new 16 yr old civ Sophie. she has gastro issues. Looking for something on the cheap side as im super broke after all the vets!
 
Hello! Some people have luck using the Lantus coupon from their website (you fill it out like you don't have insurance) but the pharmacy I went to didn't allow it for animals so had to pay $90 for one pen. If you need the insulin right away you will probably have to get it from the pharmacy and possibly pay the higher price. Otherwise the Canadian pharmacy (marks marine) has 5 pens of lantus for $190 with standard shipping, but it will take some time to receive if you are the US.

Wow, thank you for this info.;) that is a great price. Do you know if they, marks marine, package it well enough to make it to the US still cold?

It comes standard with ice packs, but when they called me to let me know my order was processed and were giving me the time frame they recommended I add the styrofoam container and extra ice packs because the shipment has to go through Los angeles (which is currently on fire) to get to Iowa (which they generously helped cover part of the price of the upgrade). Lots of members use them with no issues at all!

I know I’m a bit late to the party, but just had to price out insuline glargine as my first pen is almost done, and found this offer with GoodRx (in Oregon, I think prices vary by state?) Seems almost too good to be true but I am going to try it so I will keep you posted!

Good luck! My pharmacy wouldn't take it since it was for a cat =(
 
i dont have any rite aids near me. the goodRX's that pull up for my area are more expensive, but not as bad as what it could be.
actually the Canadian pharmacy is cheaper than any that iwas able to pull up here.
Think i will go with them.
Bit if that doesn't work out, i will definitely try GoodRx coupons amd lantus coupons!
the worst they can do is say NO.
