Really @Bandit's Mom, a day early? I have a wedding in the afternoon, so I would only be able to monitor until +5, and then would be back for PMPS.

She is flat and high with nadirs over 300. You can always wait another day to increase if you prefer that, though being able to monitor +5 is good enough.
Let's see what she does tonight.

Just saw this. Don't bother with a +6 or +7 since she is so flat and high.
I would increase tomorrow.

Thanks @Bandit's Mom - I figured from past experience and let both of us sleep.
Yesterday she had her lowest AMPS ever, and today her highest (498) - another round on the rollercoaster
Increased her dose to 3.5 this morning as you recommended.
