Sorry no one got back to you , I'm glad you did increase the dose.
I'm going to tag a few members to just take a look at your SS and give you some feedback
To bad you can't get rid of the Young Again dry food, you definitely test enough to follow the TR method and could increase every 3- 4 days

Thank u for the response.
Yes i did the increase, i have minimise the young again kibbles. I suspect he could be high due to some high carb treats mistakenly given by my mum.

He is at 263 PMPS but given the high BG in the noon i still increase.
But have fed him after the shot

If you can get the Young Again out of his diet (it's OK to use as a treat, just not left down all the time for food), you could switch dosing methods to Tight Regulation instead of SLGS. That would allow you to increase as often as every 3 days instead of waiting a week when he's not getting numbers you want him in.

You should also make sure you Test, Feed, Shoot, in that order. That way if you get a lower Pre-shot than you're used to, you can stall, DON'T feed and re-test in 20-30 minutes to see if the number goes up without the influence of food. Once you've decided to shoot, you need to make sure he's at least willing to eat first. You wouldn't want to give him his usual dose of insulin and then find out he's refusing food completely.

Come on Bui Bui...work that juice!

I m not home w him, he is my parent kitty hence im not sure whether TR Works as it might get him hypo when i am not home.

Yes young again is a treat not for him to gaze. Im just confused on why wouldnt the dose works for him out of the sudden but i guess its becuase his pancreatitis got better and he decided to eat more..
