26 Aug 2022 - Whiskey AMPS=108 +3=49 +4=70 +6=83 PMPS=124 +2=131

Gave her some MC at +3, she ate half her LC breakfast at shot time, and the other half at +1.

I would try a drop dose from tomorrow. Do you remember how to draw a drop dose? :)

ETA: Sorry, my bad. She is on 0.25U, so 0.10U from tomorrow.

LOL, yes, I think I will go to 0.1 - shall I do from tonight or tomorrow?

Initially wasn't going to, but seeing her +4 and the MC only pushed her up to 70, I think I will.

Also gave her another teaspoon of MC at +4.

This is so great to see how Whiskey is doing! She's going for it!
She is one determined lady - she doesn't like being compromised by anything - you should hear her growl when she is being picked up or moved from somewhere she wants to stay...!

So, I think she's trying to get off insulin for a second time by sheer willpower ;)

I’m a party pooper I guess because I would not reduce just yet. Good luck if you decide to try though.

Thanks Elise. I did just (literally) shoot 0.10.

Was also in 2 minds, but having fed her MC at +3 after testing, and seeing it only pushed her up to 70 by +4 I thought we may as well try.

I'll have to see how she adjusts but am ready to move up again if she's not doing well on it after the depot adjusts.

I have a calico cat too, so I understand willpower and letting people know how you feel about things! How else are you supposed to communicate your wishes! :cat:

She is amazingly strong willed, I love that about her. I'm never in doubt about what our Duchess wants. Just grateful that apparently testing is permitted...otherwise her diabetes would be much harder to work with! I think she understands that it helps her ;)
