8/12 Pickles PMPS 506, AMPS 184, +6 263 - bounce?

I was away for work Monday through Wednesday and I hired a sitter to come test and feed Pickles. His numbers were all over the place so not sure how well she did but she did catch a low number and I told her not to give the insulin. Anyway, his numbers are still kinda crazy. Is this a bounce? Any thoughts? At AMPS I took 2 tests first was 150 and second was 184. I just gave a token dose. I’ll be away next Tuesday for a week. Hired a different sitter, hoping she’s a bit better than the last.

Was the second test of 184 without food or after food? If it was without, that meant he was headed up and it was safe to give the full dose. Not sure why you are changing the dose almost every cycle? Sometimes 1.25U and sometimes 1U? Lantus works best when dosed consistently.

The second test was without food only about 1 min after the first, so I didn’t think it was actually going up. I have the 1 unit last night because I was nervous.
