Yesterday - highlights include a full dose after the lowest AMPS ever and a fully green day… then a PMPS of 62 that made me nervous and I only gave a .25 token dose because we wouldn’t be home for the first couple hours… then words of wisdom from @Bandit's Mom for the next low PS number.

Good morning Bhooma!

I was just re-reading that a decrease can be triggered by 8-10 cycles with nadirs 51-100. Should we wait that many cycles after the token dose? Or, what else are we looking for?

"reduction earned when the cat regularly has its lowest BGs in the normal range of a healthy cat (50 - 80 mg/dL) and stays under 100 mg/dl overall for at least one week"

You want 5 more days (a week in all) like the last 2 days. Before that he was seeing too many numbers over 100. Basically, he needs to spend a week largely in normal numbers. The occasional higher preshot is okay since the preshots are the last to come down.

I suspect there is a greater chance of him earning a reduction by dropping below 50. Let's see...
