Discovered last night that Guaranteed Analysis and Typical Analysis (found on websites) can have very different numbers & the Ziwi Rabbit & Lamb listed as 3% carbs on the Pierson list is closer to 7% going by the GA

Happened to have Rawz rabbit, feeding that since last night. Not confident in the carb count. It's ~2-2.25% going by the Guaranteed Analysis on the can & website. Typical Analysis on the website lists carbs as 8.7%.

And then she vomited this morning & honestly I'm feeling that way myself.

Low carb, no chicken food ideas needed. Digging into this list now: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1aqmnoTbHkDckpbds_4CSn9wi-dBAMJp-

Have you tried Weruva? Some versions of it are more MC but the cans have some LC choices, including those with seafood bases.

Did you feed Ziwi Mackerel and Lamb yesterday? Maybe that's why she is higher since it's almost HC. If so, no increase needed yet.
I may have missed this in previous condos, but why are you changing from raw to canned? She was not vomiting on the raw, right?

Fed M&L till last night PMPS, Rawz after PM+1.

Vomiting started on the Pierson raw chicken mix last year, nearly none since I stopped chicken 3 weeks ago. Sensitivity signs (weepy eyes, rash spot above eye, some vomit) started quite a while ago (year or more), but we didn't connect as they were mild, came & went & she was otherwise healthy. The chicken thing is still a guess, but in the last 3 weeks, 1 vomit in addition to today, no rash in quite a while. I was thinking cans would be a quick & easy switch

Don't want to quit raw, just need an immediate, no chicken alternative. Will switch to rabbit once I nail down source & recipe.

Let me know when you find a source for rabbit and a vitamin mix that doesn’t contain chicken liver. I’m feeding my allergic one Primal and Small Batch rabbit now and she no longer can eat venison due to skin allergies.

Yes, I remember that you were trying the no-chicken diet to see if that helps with the vomiting. :-)

I found a local girl who says she can, and there are probably others, just need to get into the pipeline, 4H is huge out here. There are also online sources, they're just expensive due to the shipping cost. I've just been so darn busy with work it's taken a backseat. This is my last weekend, so will get more control of my life & maybe go to the "Skamania County Fair & Timber Carnival" in a week.

Have you considered modifying the Pierson diet? I combine with http://www.catnutrition.org/recipes.html because it follows Pierson but is more current. She uses the same vitamins plus raw glandular. Most I've read say to use whole rabbit with organs (remove gi tract, skinny parts of legs, tail & head) but add extra meat. I'll need to find an egg substitute & probably sub in lamb for the extra meat since I usually have some on hand. Not sure the whole rabbit to xtra meat ratios yet, need to do some digging.
