8/1 Maus AMP/144, +2/104, +3/96, +4.5/110, +5.5/115, PMP/117, +1/109, +2/79, +3/64, +4/71

Maus is plugging away with the blues & greens. Is she a bit too high to consider a reduction? She's been at .5 for 11 days, not including that one dose of .625 8 days ago. I'm working from home all day tomorrow & the next & can get more in the AM +5-10 range if warranted

Why do you think her dose is high? She isn't seeing enough green. I know you aren't using a lot of honey, but I'm wondering if that is keeping her high. I'm curious to see what she does without it. Like last night, I don't think it was needed at +3 and +4.
 
I think you were trying to prevent a big drop? If so try a mix of lc and mc or add just a drop to the lc if you don’t have mc. Too much honey will make it hc which you don’t want unless under 50.

Yes, thanks for the reassurance we're good as is; so close, yet so far away. I'm not giving any honey this week, used quite sparingly to make sure she stayed up while I couldn't test. I'm still restricting her food (no chicken) but starting next week will start adding some more variety and see what she'll tolerate. For now, I know how she'll react to just a small drop of honey & am enjoying not having to clean up barf :blackeye:
