Hi all,

Patricia

:D :D she got into George's raw chicken at +1 and ate the entire leftover portion! He's a bit of a nibbler. Likes to nibble it bit by bit over time. The look on his face when he found the empty bowl was priceless!

Not sure what is with her numbers today, beginning to wonder if I did an accidental fur shot this morning and didn't realize it (always check for a Lantus smell but nothing this morning).

OR...

Sometimes George likes to have a bit of kibble next to him when he's eating, but he almost never touches it, but wondering if she somehow got into the bathroom where I feed him and found it before I put it away??? She did get his raw chicken this morning, but she eats that sometimes anyway, and I'm 99.9% sure that I put the kibble away

She is also as grumpy as hell!

Will see what tonight and tm am bring.

Sugar cats, never a dull moment!

And down we go. 88 at PM +3.5.

Gave her 2 t of gravy food.

She has other LC food open and available, and more in the auto at +5. She should hold to +6.

At the moment, relatively peaceful, I've noticed that when her BG is uncomfortable (high, low, or dropping fast) she becomes very grumpy and 'difficult', and who can blame her.

Aww poor miss whisk! Lm gets grumpy when he is higher. And when he is dropping fast he acts anxious and stressy
Yes, my poor girl. I'm just hoping that the dental tm will make her feel better overall, so maybe her BG can even out and a dose be properly determined.

Seems that we all have Covid in the house for the second time in under a month, so late nights also don't help!

Oh no! Big hugs to you! Feel better:bighug::bighug:

Wow! Second time in a month???!!! Didn't think that was possible!
Actually, just looked at dates, we had it in mid Jun. So 6 weeks, bit more than a month, I honestly didn't think so either. My partner returned from a conference in Sicily with it then.

This time he was at conferences in Armenia and Portugal, and was feeling ill on the way home, so we put him in spare room. Sure enough, Covid again. Mine is way milder, so some immunity I guess but one still needs to be careful.

Interesting! I though the antibodies would prevent a reoccurrence for at least 3 months. Here in India, there isn't much of covid...surprisingly. This time of the year, there's more of malaria, dengue, typhoid, flu etc doing the rounds. Monsoon + mosquitoes!

Me too, but I believe that the new strains, while milder in general do create breakthrough infections.

In South Africa we've dropped all Covid restrictions, which does feel a bit odd after the last couple of years and our infection rate is generally low, but with K going to European conferences, he's bringing stuff back with him :arghh:
