Hello everyone! If there is any place where it is not hot today, I would like to hear about it. I'm starting to forget what it is like.

Ben started off the day at 106, then dipped into the greens. Trying not to have any expectations, as he may head back up and stay there, but for the moment he's in the greens.

Hope everyone is staying cool and their babies too!
 
@tiffmaxee @Bandit's Mom Would you consider his cycle flat now? I will need to go out at some point within the next two hours and wanted your thoughts on whether it would be safe. He had not eaten between the +5 and the +6.
 
He is considerably higher at +6. Looks like he's heading up. Feed some LC and you may be okay to leave him.

He has eaten only LC through the cycle, right?

Yes, only LC. And not a lot of it. He's not ill or anything, just not terribly hungry after a big breakfast. Snoring by the window. It is interesting to me that the rise in his BG does not seem to be associated with a particular increase in food?

When you say "may be okay" I'm thinking it might be better to stick around? What would be the point at which I should be comfortable leaving him?

Thanks, Diane! So sorry to hear that it is blazing hot there too! Here in South Texas it is normally pretty warm in the summer but it's been really hot for weeks. At least the grass is dead, so no mowing needed. :D Try to stay cool any way you can!
 
PMPS is 106, just what the AMPS was. I think he had too many snacks, as he had to be coaxed to eat. Could it be that his appetite is returning to normal with the lower numbers?

Looking forward to whatever this cycle will bring us! May everyone be cool this evening.

I gave him some LC. +2 is 59. I'm going to be going to bed in another couple of hours. Should I give him some LC now, and wait to see what the +3 is? Or give him some MC?
