? 07/13 Eddie AMPS 410 +2.5 374 PMPS 464 +3 418

Cycle 4 after the steep dive to greens on the 11th. Put on your patience pants.

If you have to increase, the day of 0.25 increases are gone until his dose gets a lot lower.

One green on the 11th and PMPS pretty much all red for those 4 cycles...So, I'm needing advice on how to read this.
I hear you that there's an increase, it's to 12u.

But is all this red and magenta (and one green and a couple blues) a bounce?? @Wendy&Neko

I also did something totally uncharacteristic of me. I've been quite focussed on Blue as well (finally got his medications compounded to liquid and he's had a radiograph today to send to the dental specialist who requires said radiograph) and I put the rice sock in the microwave to warm Eddie's ears, handed out the food and gave Eddie his shot without testing!!! I kept thinking what's wrong here?

Anyway, gave the shot and tested about 3 minutes later and got the PMPS 464. o_O:oops::eek::eek:

Out of curiosity, which dental specialist? Just wondering if it's the one I know. How is Blue feeling now?

Could be part bounce, part IAA. I always hated those steep dives, cause they caused worse bounces than the low numbers ones.

It's West Coast Veterinary Dental Services

You'd never know that Blue had gone through anything. In fact, he's totally himself again. I joined up with
Tanya's Feline CKD Support Group and have got some really good dental info and info on potassium, etc. already. I was able to quickly get his medications (DDAVP & Levothyroxine) compounded to liquid form. While it's is ridiculously expense, giving Blue liquid medication doesn't hurt his mouth and he's really good with it. I sure hope I can get him in for treatment. He was just miserable. Gabapentin is helping a little and that good to see. He back to following me around the house and waking me up in the morning to announce breakfast time.

Yes, I see what you mean!! This is just ridiculous. I hope he can recover his footing soon. I'd prefer that the bounce resolves than to increase the dose...
