In case anyone's forgotten how bad things were. A friend from high school had one of these monsters; plug in the AC adapter, let it warm up, hope for a somewhat accurate reading.

I read somewhere libre is working on a new sensor that will be able to monitor both blood and ketones.
 
It's not something new but the right app on a smartphone can detect cardiac biomarkers released during a heart attack.
It was creepy when my wife went on disability, they made her wear a FitBit and downloaded the info weekly. I don't need my cat's health insurance snooping through a near hypo and cancelling the plan.
If this tech goes to plan lancets will be a thing of the past, oh happy day. :cool:
There was some chatter five years ago about printing strips on a household inkjet printer, did that go anywhere?
