Typically over 10 units today dose, increases are by 1.0 units at a time. Will see how he does today, but with just upper blues in sight I'd be planning timing of next increase.

If increase necessary would said timing still be 1.0u or just another 0.5u (as I've already increased 0.5)?
 
Increases would be 1.0 unit, unless just tweaking a mostly good dose already giving you some green.
