? 06-01 Panzer PMPS 244/ acting off ?/had a bad night & AMPS feeding SOURCES OF FIBER PLEASE

Panzer & Spook both refused to eat their regular pate. I gave them chicken feast gravy lovers they ate all but 1/4 of it. They both took a few licks of their baby food with probiotic in it refusedthe rest. Panzer had liquid poop & hid under the bed for about 5mins he's on his perch in my bedroom now sleeping. Going to set alarm for +2 AMPS & put mirataz on there ears.
 
Put mirataz on both boys ears @+2 AMPS. AMPS +4 feeding ,pill pocketed zobaline & Cerenia,Panzer wouldn't eat regular food. He ate half of a can of chicken feast gravy lovers. Pretty sure he had a liquid poop right before +4 AMPS feeding smelled like it. I think he feeling effects of mirataz acting a little messed up. He's sleeping on his perch in my room now, back to bed for me now too.

also, did u get any psyllium? I use the NOW brand big bag from Amazon. it lasts forever. I take a pinch between my fingers and sprinkle on Ares' food about 4x per day...took him a couple days to get used to it. It keeps him regular and it also keeps them from becoming loose because it is just completely fiber. I would definitely recommend for both no stool and for loose stool. :bighug:

I ordered it but it won't be here until tomorrow. Does it have a taste to it?
 
I like Ashleigh’s idea of sprinkling a little on too of the food. That way it’s more likely to be eaten than if mixed through the whole amount of food. It doesn’t have much of a taste (to me a human anyway) but, when it’s mixed in with wet food, it can make it really thick (because the psyllium absorbs water.). This is another reason that Ashleigh’s way is a good one to try.
 
So far today the only thing Panzer will eat is the fancy feast gravy lovers, his #s are high but he's eating. He won't eat baby food with the probiotic in it anymore. I have the proviable

Ok I will try it. I also have empty pill capsules size 2 & size 3. I haven't opened them to look at them to see if they would fit in a pill pocket. That works best with both of them. Panzer eats them out of my hand, Spook I put the pill in a pill pocket & drop it i his mouth. I started a new thread & tagged you. @Suzanne & Darcy

Ares stooped eating his pate last week so. I have him eating the FF FLAKED chicken&tuna, flaked trout, flaked tuna, and CHUNKY chicken. i havent found them in a box, so have to buy separately...but they are lower carb and it seems like gravy to him because they have a bit of juiciness to them.
Maybe run to walmart and try and grab these...just a suggestion cause a lot lower carb than the gravy lovers variety!
