Hi everyone! Hope you are having a great weekend.

Benny is having a big bounce after his string of blues yesterday.

I want to increase his dose as soon as I can monitor him. However, I am scheduled to be away from home all day starting very early tomorrow, so can't monitor. I'll need to give him his morning insulin about one hour early. Should I reduce his dose at all for that?

Thank you, as always, for your clinical acumen!

I would keep as is and test before you leave

I will have to shoot and leave soon after; it will be very early in the morning. I will be leaving food for them but will not be back until the afternoon, which is why I'm a bit nervous. I tend to hover.
Oh I remember those days, I was looking at his ss and I would be comfortable leaving dose as is, those blues were beautiful

Today was a good day to increase. Some cats react to an increase in the first cycle, but others don't.

Shooting an hour early can act as an increase so you don't want to increase tomorrow morning. For future reference, if you have to move you shoot time forward or back on a day, you strat adjusting your shot time in advance by 30 mins per day or 15 mins per cycle.
