For anyone that uses this meter. I'm getting everything set up! There is an option to set a number between 12-30 mg/dL what number should be picked?

Hi there. I used a ReliOn Premier Classic as well. I never did set a number. A 50 on that meter would be your "take action" number, which means that you need to intervene with some medium or higher carb food to bring the number up (depending on your kitty and the actual number, of course... you could need to use Karo syrup, or perhaps a high carb gravy food, etc.) So I just never "set" a number on my ReliOn. I just kind of skipped that step.

Did your vet start you off on 3 units! Crazy! I'm so glad you had the Libre on your sweet Carlton. I wish vets would STOP doing this! I'm glad you reduced the dose. What happened on 5/19 though. There are some missing cells on the spreadsheet at important points. Did the Libre really give you a LOW reading? If so, you need to reduce Carlton's dose again by .25 units. Down to 1.25 units, please. What time zone are you in?
