Oops Bhooma you caught me working outside. Also trying to get Cali, DH, & me coordinated is like trying to herd cats [or chickens].
she is beginning to come up with only LC. NOW she just wants to sleep and we keep testing.
My next test is planned +6.5. At That time, she should have coasted back to safe waters, yes?

my lowest MC is 11% - Sheba turkey

BTW Melissa, I think she is just teasing me now! And we didn’t even bring out the mid carb. But she still enjoys the tiny morsels of food we give her.

unsure why
Cali was VERY VERY agitated at PMPS because I was trying to test her myself. Also she still has a bit of nasal drip [no fever]
? Could that tsp of MC I fed @+6.5

She is just being a little extra bouncy. On the carb front, it is better to give higher carbs earlier in the cycle. Carbs later in the cycle can reduce duration and cause higher preshots.
In this case it might be a bit of both - bouncing and carbs a little later in the cycle.
 
Thank you for that. I know she is overly tired of tests and unfortunately she had been getting double pricks if ear is not warm enough or hands and gloves get tangled and we lose the blood getting error messages. If you think safe, I would like to give her and us a break tonight from any more tests.

I would suggest getting at least one test between +6 and +8. Sorry, I know it's takes a lot to test her and you guys must be tired of not being able to sleep through the night. That's why we have been taking reductions at 50 - and fortunately she has been holding them.
 
We can accomplish that.
Both of us must have been sleeping soundly this morning. I awakened and smelled the strong morning brew of coffee. No coffee, must have been dreaming. I left james sleeping until AM test time. His first words were “did you feel that earthquake? It really shook the house” true I have slept through smaller earthquakes at times. I turned on the news. There had been no earthquake. James dreamed it. I wonder what Cali dreamed [probably running Two Socks off permanently]. She didn’t share her dream.

Two Socks is just so happy to be here but he really would like for Cali to appreciate him or just allow him to share. He is so amenable and really fast and agile so when she goes for him [not in a friendly way], he cries like a baby kitten totally submissive. He exits fast, then circles back and tries to please her. Then comes to me for comfort and security.
