5/17 Faraday AMPS 107, 115 +2, 90 +6, PMPS 84, 83 +2, 63 +4, 70 +5, 122 +9

holy #$% 52 last night at +4! Soooooooo close to earning a reduction wow. Hendrick would do that all the time, I even got a 50 once...was like dammit, don't play with me! So I did a 2nd poke and re-tested: 51. At which point I said fine, I get it, not earning a reduction tonight. lol

great to see those lower numbers his pancreas must be loving it. those high BGs really wear on the body after a while

You can see I was definitely testing more frequently, but he really seemed set on just hanging out in those 50s. Which on the whole is probably better, despite my wish to have the process move forward faster. Though Faraday is doing so great with this treatment regime, I'm certainly not complaining about what is going on!!

PMPS 84!!

Looks like he coasted in the greens most of today!

ok this is so awesome, if you really look at it, he has been in the greens or near-green for two days straight, 4 cycles in a row. Those low blues could have been greens when you consider 20% meter variance. This dose of 1.5U just might be what he has been needing

1.5U is definitely working some magic! FX this trend keeps up!

@Bandit's Mom, I definitely went to sleep after that nice 70 @+5.

He woke us both up with surprise vomit at around +9. BG at 120 though, so maybe just his fickle stomach? O/N pukes are certainly not unheard of for him. Aaaaaand in cleaning it up, it looks like he'd been nibbling on more of our dishwasher soundproofing material (which he had definitely gotten into a couple days ago again).

I do not know what it is about that fabric material that he just can't resist eating.

Is it only that fabric he eats or other non-food items as well?

It's really only this fabric in terms of non-food items. He does like to nibble on bouquets of flowers as well, but that's much more food-related (and we just don't keep those around/where he can reach them). It's so frustrating, because every time I think I've successfully taped up all access to the soundproofing fabric, he finds a way around it. He is very determined and clever.
