Well what can I say about Bella, he was the most amazing cat and laid-back cat I’ve ever met. When he was diagnosed with diabetes five years ago and I started insulin and pricking him and in sticking with needles he knew I was trying to make him better and then he got kidney disease and then I started giving him fluids and pills and he just went with the flow, and then he got high blood pressure and again more pills and being a trooper that he was he went with the flow and then he got arthritis and we went to therapy and he had to wear the funny looking goggles and went with the flow he was by far the most laid-back cat ever. I loved every minute with him I don’t regret every tear that I shed for him I don’t regret every minute of sleep of loss for him I don’t regret anything, I would do it again in a minute, he will be missed every single minute of the rest of my life. My heart is shattered and I don’t know what to do with myself my whole life revolves around Him. He was the world to me and always will be I am very grateful for the many many years that I’ve had with him but it’s never enough and I’m grateful for all the memories good and bad scratch that none of them are bad because I would go back and do it all over again but in the end Bella couldn’t do it anymore his kidneys couldn’t do it anymore I would’ve given him mine if I could’ve. You’ll be forever missed Bella, forever remembered I love you to the moon and back. I am thankful for everyone I’m here and all the new friends I’ve made you all are wonderful I couldn’t of done it without you

Thinking of you, it's so very hard to lose them. Eventually you will get to the point of the good memories helping with the pain. :bighug:

What beautiful photos of a much loved boy. It is so hard when we have to let them go. I know I was lost after Sheba died because as you say, our lives revolve around them. You can take much comfort in knowing that you gave him a wonderful life and he was blessed to have you. :bighug:
 
I am late offering condolences, but I wanted to say how much I've always loved your Bella and how saddened I was when I learned that you had to say goodbye to him. It never gets easier, and you've had to go through it so many times these past few years.:bighug::bighug::bighug::bighug: I'm so glad you have adopted Fin, who will bring you so much love and comfort, and you will give him a wonderful home and life, like you did for Bella and your other precious kitties.
 
I'm so sorry to hear the news about your loss of Bella. I don't have time to spend as much time here as I used to since the Feline Diabetes group keeps me busy, but I remember you and Bella and know how much she was loved.

If love could have saved her she would have lived forever.

Fly free sweet Bella and land softly. China will be there to welcome you and show you the best clouds to nap on and the best fields to chase butterflies and before you know it, your loving mama will be there with you again forever. cat_wings>o

Thanks so much Susan, and ur right way to many times, lost 5 in 6 years, Bella passed in the 1 yr exact of loosing Andy, not a hr goes by that I don’t think of them, my heart is still literally hurting, like I feel pain in my chest of missing Bella, he was sure the light of my life and had gotten me through all the other losses, words can not express how much I miss him
