The Dr. doesn't think is tooth related infection but instead it's an abscess and was able to draw almost 6ml of fluid out of it which gave him already a big relief. Also prescribe Veraflox antibiotic for 7 days and recheck on the 18th. Micio's doing much better already and eating on his own.
His BGs have been crazy but hopefully will go back in place soon

Humm, that green was a bit suspicious to me after I got 182 couple of hours later...he still has some bump under his jaw but hopefully it'll go away

Not that I know of...I didn't even get to personally talk to him because it was just a "re-check" so, I only dealt with his nurse. Anyway, won't they need anesthesia to do x-rays?

Yes, typically cats won't stay still for mouth x-rays. I've had cats have other parts of their body x-rayed without anaesthesia.
