I am feeling a bit better been in bed pretty much all day. Was finally able to eat something so progress. Migraine is very debilitating and for me onset is super fast not much warning. Today has been worst in a long while. I'm sure my body is fighting back working late and staying up late with LM. I will win this fight LM has been quite happy to snuggle momma all day<3

Happy to say LM has had some great numbers all day it seems. I expected the +8 to be higher since he had a steep dive. Trying to move the +9 snack to +8 see if that makes any difference in preshots. My poor guy he is just a 4 legged adorable experiment these days.

Oh man,I feel for you, I really do because I suffer migraines and have for years. Do you have meds? If not, sleep was the only way I found to get through it, but not so easy to do with a FD cat. Sending strong healing vibes for you, truly, I hope you get rid of the headache soon!

Thankyou! I've had meds in past and didnt like the way I felt on them. So no meds. Now it's a dark room and tons of sleep. Today's attack was really bad. Worse than I've had in several years. But on the mend. Called off work today so I could rest

We had a cool front run through monday night so big rainstorm pressure change. Not to mention lack of sleep doesnt help. With the lupus it can just be the lupus that flares up a migraine though so who really knows
