oh no, I want to know so badly how it was fixed LOL

yes, I see a pre-shot of 533, last night's +3 of 304 and that you shot 1.9U

I changed something to do with Syncing, it was off so i turned it on and hey presto! Yes that's right, Amber was very high this morning :(

Did a reading before shot this evening was 20.1, I’ll do another one in an hour or so. She’s quite sleepy, anyone have any comments or advice that might be able to help?

I would let her eat more. Unregulated diabetics often need more calories to maintain weight because they can't fully utilize the food. For my cat, the difference was nearly twice the amount of food to maintain while he was unregulated. Enough food is also an important factor in warding off ketones and DKA

Once you get a few days of the preshots and midcycle tests we can see what to do with dose. She's probably sleepy because high numbers don't feel good. Have you checked ketones today?

I was thinking of changing Ambers Insulin Brand - does anyone have any recommendations. I keep reading bad things with the one she’s currently on?

As I understand it, in the UK there's a process to follow. Your vet has to essentially prove the pet insulins arent working. That said I think it should theoretically be an easy thing for your vet to switch to ProZinc - https://www.felinediabetes.com/FDMB...ower-than-usual-bg-today.262054/#post-2938365

Look at Eliz's explanation in that thread ^
