I missed scrolling further down in the spreadsheet. Maybe turn those cells another colour for the days your were gone or put text in them saying you were gone so others don't miss it too.
Could you take TR off the signature if you are no longer following it. Regardless of dosing methods followed, it's still important to try to get a before bed tests. Many, probably the majority, of cats go lower at night. We dose based on how low the dose takes the cat. A cat's BG patterns can change over time. And it's been weeks since you got regular PM tests. I would try getting a few PM tests first. With SLGS, our other dosing method, you reduce if they go below 90. But it's been a couple weeks since he's done that and he doesn't look ready for a dose reduction. In fact, the current data you have does look like an increase is needed. Give him one more day at this dose and see if he gets any lower that you spot. If not, increase the dose.
