4/18/22 Cali AMPS 171, +4 139 +7.5 115, +10. 5 156, PMPS 199, +5.5 204

Stayed with 2units for AM to avoid delay in shot. Request dosage guidance and SS review for PMPS [but prefer to make changes in AM cycle].
Is there any issue to keeping Cali on 2 units for 8 cycles.?
I am here all day to monitor her.
Clarification? Is it defined as a bounce when BGs go up from one level to the next in the next cycle [ex from high green in PM cycle to high blue in the next AM cycle?]

Good call on giving 2.0 a little more time with the late greens last night. . If you don’t see more by tonight increasing tomorrow morning is fine. This morning might be a bounce but it’s similar to the usual amps.
 
Thanks Elise. I am happy with continuing 2units today since it was late in 6th cycle of last bounce that the greens appeared.
 
PMPS 199. After 6 cycles to clear the last bounce, today’s cycle has been a sea of solid blue from the AMPS of 171to PMPS of 199. Fairly smooth, all BGs under renal threshold, another key goal for Cali’s health.
The question tonight through early tomorrow morning is “Will we see GREEN?” Trust the TR protocol and follow it with the excellent advice from FDMB. Anything less is short changing our girl.

I will plan to grab a +5 tonight, then ??? Based on that result. Tomorrow AMPS go up to 2.25units. All with the caveat of any surprises from Cali’s BGs .
Sound like a reasonable plan or other input, suggestions, guidance from our guardians? Thank you so much.

Sush Melissa, don’t jinx it. I don’t even know what I don’t know yet, except that I definitely need you ladies to guide me. A postmortem of parts of my 2021 and first quarter 2022 spreadsheet had me apologizing to Cali today for past errors and how I could have unknowingly harmed her health and life. But thank you so very much for sharing your knowledge and experience. THE SUM OF THE WHOLE IS GREATER THAN THE SUM OF THE PARTS [some random math idiom but true in this journey].
 
I think you can take a night of from testing. I would take her up to 2.25U tomorrow morning.
With nadirs in the 70-80s, there is room for an increase.

I will increase to 2.25U 4/19 AM
