4/18 Hendrick AMPS 99 +2.5 57 +4 64 +5 64 PMPS 89 +2 57 +3 59

interesting Hendrick behavioral observations:

I have noticed that when the insulin is hitting him, Hendrick tends to be more vocal. If he has been sitting quietly, maybe even napping, and he suddenly sits up and does a little warbly "mow-wow-ow" sound I'll always check the time -- if it has been anywhere from 2 to 3 hours since the shot then I nod knowingly and go do a BG test to see just how low he is.

Usually, he is in the 50s when this behavior and vocalization occurs. One time, 45.

Another behavior that can indicate the insulin is hitting him is he might get a little extra..."friendly" with any of the cats in his general vicinity, doing a mock-mounting thing and maybe a slight mouth-grab on the neck. If he pulls this move with Roxy, our 13-year-old female Blue Point, she boxes his ears with the quickness!

I busted out laughing. These cats can be amusing at times.
His SS is looking good.

Hi Kyle another beautiful cycle, that's too funny about Hen and Roxy boxing his ears :p
They are too funny, one thing Tyler does I know when he's going to poop because he meows a little bit right before he goes . So nice of him :p
Have a nice night Kyle:bighug::bighug:

Thanks Suzanne! Apparently, he may qualify for a reduction based on spending a week in green or near-green. I think we'll give it two more days at this dose and if he doesn't earn a reduction by dropping under 50, we'll reduce to 1.5U

active cycle tonight! I may be up late...

This is JUST like Clyde haha. Always around +2.5 when he gets vocal or wakes up from a snooze I can tell when he is going lower haha.
