Oof not the numbers I was hoping to see today! Guess we'll see how tomorrow fares and potentially increase him to 1.5U on Thursday if need be.

Also, I need to start figuring out what we're going to do about his dosage for the last week in April. My partner and I have to go to a wedding out in California and will be leaving him in my brother's care to give him his insulin. He won't be able to test him though and so I imagine we'll have to put him on a vacation dose? What's typically the base way to figure out what that dosage should be?
 
Let's see what he does tomorrow.

Regards vacation dosing, that's decided 3-4 days before you leave based on the dose and his numbers then.
