03/27 Clyde AMPS 137, +1 83, +2 61, +2.5 67, +3 76, +4 77

Keeping us on our toes.

I know the end of AM cycle will probably be super high because we are driving home from visiting family, so the stress will spike him (like on the 25th lol). Hopefully we get a few good hours of green before that!

Thank you ladies!! I appreciate the food tips. I think it will help with avoiding a bounce this afternoon.

It will depend on how Clyde does with the reduced dose. While there is no set number of cycles that you have to wait before increasing, I wouldn't be in a huge rush either ;).

What you want to watch for are BGs trending upwards after any bounce has cleared. If he continues into greens after the bounce clears, then you want to hold the reduced dose. Sometimes too, depending on how full the depot is, that can influence additional cycles (for some kitties up to four-six subsequent cycles) so you also want to hold to see if the depot is causing the greens for the first few cycles after the reduction, or whether you are seeing the reduced dose working.

Keep in mind too that you are using an AT2 so the info you see with respect to numbers here are based on human meters, so when we say you want to try and have numbers under 100 overall, that is with a human meter.

Thanks for the info! I will hold for the next few cycles, unless another reduction occurs.

I do have a human meter (freestyle lite) so maybe I should start testing on that?

Well...it would be interesting to see how the numbers are with the human meter :D. Over the last 5 years, I've gone back and forth a few times . If you do decide to switch, just add a new row to say switched to human meter (both our Canadian SS and the US). There's some funky colour -coding that I could never fix even though I could change the low reference range on the spreadsheets. I think Bhooma can help with the colour-coding @Bandit's Mom
