He seems to be all good, but I will test again at +4.5

Yes. With that drop below 58 today, he has earned another reduction to 3U. Congrats!

Sometimes when they hit a "breakthrough" dose, their pancreas wakes up and they start going down in dosing at some speed. Let's see what he has in mind!
