03/24 Clyde AMPS 72, +0.25 101, +1 137, +2 77, +3 72, +4 79, +5.25 99, +10.5 254

With AT2 reductions are under 68 if following TR. If you haven't tested again yet, after stalling, can you see where he is at? Sorry, I see you and I cross posted.

That's so considerate of Clyde to give you lovely greens to celebrate :D. Happy birthday Ellen! Mine is tomorrow, and I get to celebrate it by taking Maverick in for a dental

me too!

I'd do a quick adjustment in your SS if you don't mind, just to reflect that you stalled, then shot a little late.

Here's an explanation of stacking numbers:

Sometimes it is necessary to stall at PS if the BG is too low to shoot and tests are taken every 20-30 minutes apart and must be recorded. The BGs are then “stacked” as shown below and, in this case, recorded in the +11 column so the PMPS, which was at +14 can be recorded in the PMPS column:

The above tells anyone looking at the SS that testing for PMPS began at +11.75 but the BG was too low; subsequent testing every 15 minutes occurred until the Caregiver felt the BG was safe enough to shoot at +14. So in your case, I'd put the 72 in the +11 column then note 101 @ +12.25

You'll have to manually enter in the data on your US spreadsheet, since it won't automatically transfer over.

You got a nice little food bump so let's see what Clyde does when the dose kicks in ;). Might be worth checking +2 and see if the numbers trend up or if he has other plans.

+2 he’s 77! I gave give him a pure bite for the extra tests haha.

Should I go with 2 teaspoons of LC, or wait for +3 test?

Just tested! He’s 72 @ +3. Two more teaspoons LC?

Sorry I also was on a work meeting!
Lol it's hard to juggle work call, food and test devices all at the same time, isn't it? Love the +3, yes, let's do a couple more bites of LC again - nice to see Clyde is enjoying his surf board!

Wow! Looks like Clyde’s ready to party with you AND you earned your balls of steel! Happy birthday to you! Hope you have a lovely day! Clyde, surf safely buddy!

Thank you EVERYONE. Especially you @Christie & Maverick . I feel like I’m slowly getting the hang of this.

Now to put a wrench in things… I’m suppose to be out tonight for 2-3hrs. Just when things are getting consistent :(

Would it be better to shoot and feed 1/2hr early (I know sometimes this acts as an increase, so could I shoot 3.00u?) and feed a bit extra. Or shoot late, and then over the next few days work our way back to regular time?

You're welcome Ellen :). Shooting 1/2 hour early won't likely act as an increase, it is only when you are dealing with an hour or more that it can be tricky.

Maybe let's see where you are at for +11 then you can get a feel for things and perhaps decide by the numbers then whether you need to have some higher carb food out for the first few hours. So far it seems LC keeps him on track, but whenever I wasn't sure with Maverick, I'd have some higher LC or a mix of LC and MC to help prop him up.

sounds good! We are squeaking in the greens just after +5. Lunch is around +6, so he’ll probably start to climb soon.

With his 10.5 number of 254, I think shooting the 3.25u tonight while I step out will be okay, but will wait for the +11 and pre-shot.
Thanks for all the help today :)

Looks like Clyde didn't want you stressing while you're out for your birthday! Now you can enjoy! I wouldn't bother with +11 it won't tell you much from the +10.5.

Happy birthday Christie!!! Good luck with Maverick today; he’ll do great!
Thank you so much, Ellen!! Hope you enjoyed your evening...I think since we both have birthdays so close to the weekend, it should just be a full birthday weekend rather than just one day :p Hope Clyde clears that bounce soon!
