I feel like I’m riding on the roller coast of moods. I was so happy to see that yellow for the first time!

He was very active, eating well, drinking well, and used litter well too.

Don't lose heart. The yellow is a sign of a breakthrough dose being close.

I would take him up another 0.5U tomorrow unless you get an AMPS below 400 in which case you hold the dose one more cycle.

Thank you, I am so blessed to get advices from you.
I will test one more tonight and see that amps tomorrow. Hopefully I see below 400 so I don’t have to go .5 more.

It's okay even if you have to go up some more. Once he breaks through to better numbers, it's possible that he will come down in dosing pretty soon. We have seen that happen with many cats.

Oh, my human BG tester came in today. Do you suggest I start test him with it?
I tested twice with Alphatrak and Relion together, but numbers were around 150 different.

Yes, you can switch to the ReliOn from tomorrow. Human meters read lower than pet meters. Especially at higher numbers the difference can be in 100s. At lower numbers, the difference is not so much.

When I said AMPS below 400, I meant with the AlphaTrak. How much did you get today with the ReliOn and what was the corresponding number with the AT?

I see, when AT showed 574, Relion was 402/ when AT showed 567, Relion was 410
 
What do you say, you switch to the ReliOn and tomorrow and hold the dose one more day?

I will need to make a small formatting change to your SS to reflect the change from AT to ReliOn.

I will change to ReliOn starting tomorrow. And I will hold the dose for one more day tomorrow.
