Last night's cycle was a bit higher than usual and this morning's AMPS is back to the 120s. I know the numbers are still in normal range or very close to it so I am trying to be patient (not my strong suit ) and let Callie work the dose ...but the blues do make me nervous.

Do you think we should sit tight and see what happens for a few more cycles or it is time for plan B (back up to .5U with higher carbs at +1?)

I think I would try an increase. Give plan B a shot.

I was going to say give the dose a couple of more days before deciding it's a failed reduction.

If this doesn’t work we could try skinny and fat doses or even 3 drops under 50/68.

LOL Rob and I were having this same discussion earlier - I'm leaning toward increasing and Rob is leaning toward holding the dose.

Even though we don't normally base dose on PS numbers, in this weird case, I think we're going to take Callie's PMPS number as a "sign": if green, we'll hold a bit longer to see if Callie can turn it around on .25. If blue, we'll increase to .5 and feed higher carbs at +1 to see if we can keep her there for a while and get fewer blues /flatter cycles. (Since Callie tends to be pretty flat at night, we may not start with higher carbs until tomorrow am even if we do increase tonight.) Stay tuned ...
