Considering how much you test, you might want to look at following TR. It provides for faster dose changes and can get Nestle to a good dose soon.
With TR, you would increase his dose to 2U tomorrow morning. He does look like he needs more insulin.

Thank you for your recommendation. I've been able to test so much cause I've been off work and at gome the last few weeks. I'm worried that once I'm back we work in won't be able to test as much. And the days I'm at work I might only be able to do AMPS and PMPS.
That's why it's so hard for me to decide.
 
I'm on call this week and next. So could be as soon as tomorrow depending if they need me. My schedule is rather unusual, challenging and all over the place
I understand. Uncertainty is never easy.

I would still attempt TR till you get the call. He is flat and high on this dose.
