Ok so I guess I should have rethought before I fed HC that he was over midpoint in the cycle but I wasn’t sure if he was goi g to continue to dive. Ugh! Now we will bounce from both. Question- take a reduction or continue with current dosage?? @tiffmaxee , @Marje and Gracie , @Wendy&Neko, @Bron and Sheba (GA) and anyone else ??? Dinner date tonight so I have to leave and shoot by 7:15 pm EST. Which is in 3 hours. TIA

That much of a jump in half an hour makes me doubt one of those two readings. That's too much for HC. Any chance you were a little light on the blood drop for one of them? I kind of doubt the +8 reading as he had gone down a bit at +2 then up again at +3. He wouldn't do that, then drop again, unless he'd also gotten higher carbs at +2.

I would continue with the same dose. If he's not already, he's pretty close to being a long term diabetic which means it's harder to earn reductions.
