Max didn’t have anymore vomiting last night after the Zofran, but still wasn’t interested in food. He had syrup twice last night in addition to the food and honey he had prior to that just to bump him back up. Wish he would have eaten some food instead of that second round of karo, but at 2 am here I couldn’t stay up any longer. He had a high bounce as you can see. Thanks Wendy! So far he’s been fine and I hope he stays that way. I am really surprised about that. I’m getting ready for some late lunch then I may take a nap. I took the opportunity to go shopping a few hours ago and came home to Max at 145. I guess the depot still having affects? I sure hope we don’t have another sugar fest tonight. I don’t think either he or I are up for a repeat.o_O
 
Max and I need a little break tonight. He’s acting very finicky about eating since last night. There’s no way I’d be able to get the amount of food needed into him if he did drop too much and I am not going to push my luck with the honey and syrup unless absolutely necessary right now. He’s eaten his breakfast and a snack this morning, and he’s eaten his dinner and will eat another snack tonight. So far he’s not had vomiting or diarrhea. He’s taken a Zofran this morning and tonight. His digestive system needs a little break. I wouldn’t mind catching up on some sleep either but we will see what happens. I hope I don’t mess his BGs up too much but I decided to give just a slight BCS tonight. He hasn’t done well in the past with BCS so I didn’t want to decrease too much. I don’t even know if this will make much of a difference but we will just go with whatever happens and hopefully get back on regular dose tomorrow morning.
 
Think of this as an experiment. I found Neko did better with a BCS of 2/3 of the dose instead of 1/2. But I honestly hardly every BCS'ed so didn't have a ton of data on it.
 
I went ahead and gave Max MC for snack. I don’t know why I have this feeling that we might be in for it again. I hope not. It might just be paranoia. :nailbiting::confused:
