Yes, once you start seeing nadirs under 200, you hold a dose for 10 cycles. Unless he gives you green today or tomorrow, you are good for an increase to 2.5U on 2/27.
 
damn, with that AMPS in the yellow I thought for sure we'd be surfing the blues today but looks like an in-active cycle, if +2.5 is telling

Since you are following TR, here is the relevant part of the protocol:
Increasing the dose:
Hold the dose for 3 - 5 days (6 - 10 consecutive cycles) if nadirs are less than 200 before increasing the dose by 0.25 unit.
  • if your cat is new to numbers under 200, it is recommended to hold the dose for at least 8-10 cycles before increasing.
  • when your cat starts to see nadirs under 100, hold the dose for at least 10 cycles before increasing.

So you hold the dose between 3-5 days when nadirs are blue. The count starts when you first started shooting this dose, not from when he saw blues. Hendrick is not new to blue, so we don't need to hold 8-10 cycles before increasing. I used to hold the dose more towards 10 cycles for lower blue nadirs, and if high blues, just held 6 cycles. Hendrick has seen some middle range blues. And you've now shot 8 cycles total. You could increase tomorrow, or wait a day. Over time you'll learn what works best for Hendrick.
 
wow, PMPS coming in at 289, so he pretty much stayed flat ALL day. No bounce.

And now, we're seeing action at +2 with him dropping 100 to 190. Gave LC snack.

Thank you for your analysis and expert advice I really appreciate it. We're seeing action on this dose that we've never seen before -- the first blue PMPS for example! Very exciting.

Yeah, he might just drop a little more at +4 and then level off. Like Wendy suggested, you could increase tomorrow.
