So I’ve been feeding him HC and metabolic dry but despite that he continues to slide down.. I gave him a little karo. He is fine but I worry he will get too full to want to continue to eat. Ugh!!!

Well, Lucky isn't quite yet a long term diabetic, so you could reduce tomorrow. Probably a good idea if it's hard to get him to stay up in the safe zone.
