? 2/16 Lila AMPS 368, PMPS 307 Not eating much today what to do about insulin??

Lila's BG has been looking pretty good since starting Basalgar Monday night. However, she had liquid diarrhea for about 24 hours and now I believe she is nauseous or food averse from feeling sick. I have given her Zofran and Cerenia. She got buprenorphine and metronidazole from the vet today. I gave her fluids.

She HAS eaten some today - about an ounce of wet for breakfast and a Churu tube but I'm worried that is not enough to give her insulin. Her shot is due soon. I kept hoping the meds would kick in and she would eat. She acts like she wants to. I worry about holding the insulin due to her DKA but I could delay for an hour and see if she will eat something. Any advice is welcome!

EDIT to add: I was able to get her to eat some liver so I gave her shot an hour late. I will plan to walk the time back over the next few days.

Yes, I am testing in urine. Today she had Mild ketones. I let the vet know at her appointment today but she didn't seem too concerned since there were none yesterday - just as long as it does not go higher.

Yes, I am giving her Nexabiotic and the first ingredient is S. boulardii along with several other probiotic strains. I learned about that the hard way (litterally) when it made my other cat constipated.
 
Update on Lila. Her appetite seems to be back. I was working on a liver smoothie rescue recipe from Chris Ronkoski and she was very interested in the liver so I gave her some. She didn't really care for the smoothie but I decided to try one more can of food - duck with liver - and she ate about 1/3 of that! Then, she woke me up at about 4am wanting more food and has eaten more since then. She had a BM this morning that was more solid than yesterday (but still incredibly smelly). Yay!!!
