Good morning! Vacation time is almost here and I'm really worried about the Libre readings my sister will have to use to monitor Kaia while I'm gone. It's been attached for 3 days now and is still really off the Relion readings. This morning preshot on the Relion was 352.. the libre was 480. Huge difference. How is she going to know if she's dropping too low? She will NOT test her blood. I wouldn't worry so much if the numbers were even 50 off.. please, any advice?
 
You're going to hate this - still within meter variance. Split the difference and assume that's the number. If/when she is lower the difference isn't as big - you might see 60 and 90, so at that point assume the 60 since you aren't home and feed medium carb or whatever makes you feel safest

I do hate it lol.. I wish they were accurate, it would save my sanity
