2/10 Max AMPS 375 +3 351 +5 247 +6 135 +7 93

More interesting to see where he takes this one with LC only.
I agree. I’m hoping once he does start surfing in green again that he will be fine with just the LC. It sure is way better for his GI system when we can stick to his novel protein diet. He only likes one flavor and that’s the rabbit. The EZ complete with turkey seems to work for him too, but both of those are LC. Maybe he will be fine without any further intervention.

Bounced… but looks how quickly he came back down! This is tremendous! Max is making real, significant progress!
Yes, I don’t want to mess him up by bragging about him too soon but he seems to be quickly recovering from the bounces here lately. I want to try and stick with his novel protein LC as much as possible because I’ve noticed too that whenever he gets GI problems that affects his numbers in a big way. If I change his diet up to accommodate low numbers, it really throws him off so I want to try and avoid that if possible. He also has been so loving and playful lately. I sure hope and pray that he continues to improve as he has been. I’m so happy and thankful for this new vet he’s been seeing for the last few months too. She is so good with him and she has complimented me on his spreadsheet and how I’ve been managing his diabetes. She has some experience with acro cats that she’s had before too so she’s willing to work with me in Max’s care. The vets I had before her were horrible. It’s been some work to get where we are but it’s so worth it to see him feeling better.

Oh wow, Lori. This is just ALL good news. The fact that Max is happier and playful and loving is just perfect! He deserves to feel well. He has been through so much, and you have too! Max’s happiness is your best reward! And the part about the vet is just the icing on the cake! To find a vet who appreciates what you are doing and even bas some understanding of acro cats! I am really happy for you and Max!
