Started a new pen this evening - I know I’ve been told it shouldn’t change much but I’m still a little on guard about it. He had his previous vial since July 25.. Will be testing this dude at +2 and probably more than usually on pink streak

I don't think it's the insulin. You saw greens yesterday! Low pink is as good as high yellow with meter variance.
Looks like it was him going high before breaking the bounce. And quite a dip at +2.25 itself!

No, I don’t think the insulin was bad or anything … I probably sound like a broken record, lol. He proved to me that it was still good. I was only just a little nervous thinking there’s a chance the new stuff was a little more potent… maybe a smidge It’s another first for me (switching to a new vial/pen) … just me being a paranoid momma

And yes, I agree that’s a big drop. Testing in 5 mins for a +4..
